Trading Application Support FOREX

YOUR ROLE

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for FX trading applications, ensuring stability, availability, and optimal performance for Front Office users.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents impacting trading activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as the main point of contact between traders, business users, internal IT teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor trading application health, interfaces, market connectivity, and production flows to proactively identify issues.
• Support production releases, testing activities, change management, and post‑release validations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through incident trend analysis, root cause investigations, and maintenance of operational documentation.
