Trade Support Specialist (Bulk)

Our client is looking to expand its commercial support team within its global trading operations business. This role will work closely with traders and commercial teams to support the end-to-end coordination and execution of international bulk trades across emerging markets.

The environment is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and commercially driven, and would suit someone who is energetic, adaptable, and comfortable operating across different regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end execution of physical commodity trades from deal conclusion through cargo completion
• Liaise directly with traders, suppliers, buyers, shipowners, brokers, agents, surveyors, and terminals to ensure smooth operational execution
• Coordinate vessel nominations, shipment schedules, laycans, cargo planning, and freight-related matters to support timely delivery of cargoes
