The CI Investment Services Inc (CIIS) Trade Support Analyst is responsible for the handling of mutual fund trading for the CIIS trade desk. Reporting to the VP, Trading, the Trade Support Analyst is responsible for supporting trade desk daily activities including the allocation of trades, handling mutual fund rejections and handling of client inquiries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Processing of mutual fund trades files and follow up on rejected trades

Handling of transaction corrections and preparation of LOI’s when required

Resolving trade related inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
