Trade Partner Travel Coordinator

Duties

Agent Relationship Development

Collaborate with the Head of Travel House and the Sales Manager of the region to assess trip opportunities and enhance partner relationships for all bookings.

Maintain regular communication and deliver high-quality service to partners at all times.

Foster strong, trust‑based relationships with partners by understanding their business trends and their individual needs.

Quote Preparation & Booking Management

Provide accurate and timely quotes, ability to upsell experiences and activities.

Ensure that all relevant details are gathered and special partner rates negotiated (in coordination with the Product Manager) before generating quotes.

Understand and meet the specific needs of partners in each booking.

Maintain and update booking files electronically.
