Trade Documentation Officer (Contract) – Petrochem / Commodities

A leading petrochemical / commodities trading firm is hiring a Trade Documentation Officer (Contract) in Singapore.

Key Scope:

• Prepare and review LC documentation (invoices, BLs, certificates, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UCP 600 & trade terms
• Liaise with banks and internal teams on submissions, discrepancies, and settlements
• Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' experience in trade finance / trade documentation
• Strong knowledge of LCs, INCOTERMs, and shipment lifecycle
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
