Tower Deck Operator

Job Summary

Assure product meets quality and customer specifications through adherence to procedures and programs.

Essential Functions

Sanitize towers every two hours

Run towers in manual and auto mode

Perform accurate inventory of cheese bags

Break down of Tower during CIP

Understanding of chemicals and their uses

Proper cleaning of block conveyor lines

Re-bag cheese if necessary

Proper GMP in ready to eat area

Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.

Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)
