Our client is looking for a skilled associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their team. You will support clients through formal and informal restructuring processes and oversee complex insolvency matters from initial assessments to implementation. Your analytical skills and legal expertise will be pivotal in preparing necessary court documents and negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counsel for companies undergoing restructuring
• Conduct legal analysis using legislative frameworks
• Manage commercial restructuring cases from start to finish
• Review and draft essential documentation and court submissions
• Advise clients on BIA and CCAA options

• Must be a member of the Ontario Bar
