Overview

We are building the TikTok e‑commerce partnership for the TikTok e‑commerce business in LATAM, aiming to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping. The internship gives you experience on impactful short‑term projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of top creators within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• Support Creator Managers in operational tasks, including campaign setup, creator onboarding, and coordination with internal teams.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support by escalating platform, operational, or technical issues.
• Support analysis of creator performance to identify trends, opportunities, and under‑performance.
