Job Description

Tool Issuance & Return:

• Issue tools to authorized personnel based on approved Tool Request Forms.
• Ensure defective or damaged tools are surrendered before releasing replacements.
• Inspect returned tools for condition and completeness.
• Record all tool movements in the monitoring system or logbook.

Inventory Control & Monitoring:

• Maintain updated inventory records of all tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Monitor tool usage, condition, and lifespan.
• Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete tools and report immediately.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain proper documentation of Tool issuance, Tool return, Repair and maintenance history
• Disposal records
• Prepare monthly inventory and status reports.
• Ensure all tools are properly tagged and labeled.
