Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and programming CNC milling and turning machines

• Manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining dies, tooling, jigs, fixtures, cutting plates, and other precision components

• Preparing and installing tooling for production

• Setting up and optimizing peripheral equipment, including vision systems and robotic automation

• Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models

• Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet quality specifications

• Supporting production operators and providing technical guidance

• Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and machine performance
