2nd shift position
Responsibilities include:
Toolpathing 3 and/or 5 axis CNC machines utilizing supplied 3D CAD models and CAM software (PowerMill, MasterCAM, etc.).Setup of CNC machining centers with proper tools, fixtures, and offsets.Fabrication of tooling components using CNC equipment as well as lathes, drill presses, saws, etc.Use of overhead hoists and fork truck for material movement.Provide suggested preventative measures, to ensure inherent and robust machine capability. Qualifications:
5-10 years of related experience in machining, toolpathing, or foundry pattern fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings.Understanding of machine setup and material fixturing.Must possess good written and oral communication skills.Employ critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to troublesh...
