This senior role is responsible for leading the construction, testing, and troubleshooting of complex metal stamping dies, mentoring junior toolmakers, optimizing part designs, and ensuring precise, high-quality production.

- Interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and GD&T specifications for precise manufacturing.
- Operate machinery including lathes, grinders, milling machines, and drill presses.
- Develop flat blank geometry and contribute to part design optimization.
- Train and mentor Level I & II toolmakers.
