Main Purpose of Job

The Senior Oncology Nurse is expected to practice with a high level of clinical expertise, autonomy, and professional judgement in the care of oncology patients receiving outpatient treatments and supportive therapies.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team
• Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards
• Ensure a positive patient care experience by developing employees and creating an environment for team engagement
• Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost‑effective and efficient manner to enhance safe patient care
• Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement
