Job Description

• Leadership role – As a platinum level consultant in your module of expertise, provide leadership to clients and to other consultants of the same module; facilitate complex issue resolution that arises during implementations; develop ideas for content reusability in your area of expertise to enable implementation efforts to be reduced for new clients; mentor other consultants in your module area of expertise.
• Consultant management (desired ability, but optional) – Manage a team of internal consultants in your module of expertise, guiding their career development and helping them achieve a good utilization balance.
• Quality assurance – Provide QA oversight of solutions recommended by consultants reporting to you and help them ensure completeness of their designs at blueprint time and at various other key project milestones.
