Overview

As a Tinter Color Matcher you will be responsible for accurately formulating, testing and adjusting paint products to achieve precise color matching against customer specifications or approved master standards. Ensure consistency in color quality across production batches while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards. The role requires attention to detail, a keen eye for color, a thorough understanding of color theory, tinting processes and the ability to work efficiently in a paste‑facede environment. Operate tinting machines and other equipment safely.
