About the Role
TIG Welder (MIG Experience Required)
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Pay: £18.14 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | Overtime Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a busy and growing engineering team based in Newcastle.
The Role
- TIG welding on a range of materials (primarily stainless and mild steel)
- MIG welding duties as required
- Working from engineering drawings
- Producing high-quality, precision welds
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven TIG welding experience
- MIG welding competency essential
- Previous coding / coded welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
