About the Role
Our client based in Kempton Park , Johannesburg is seeking an experienced TIG Welder, Contract Position.
Minimum Requirement
- 2 to 3 years experience as a welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Knowledge of welding techniques, TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blue prints
- Attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Clear criminal record
Main Job Function
- Read and Interpreting technical drawings
- Setting up welding equipment, welding components in various positions using TIG welding
- Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness and structural integrity using appropriate tools
- Maintaining a clean ands safe work area
- Complying with all safety regulations and procrdures
- Ensuring that all work is completed to meet quality standards and customer specifications
