JOB TITLE:  Tier 3 Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure (Hybrid) 

DEPARTMENT:  Managed Services  
REPORTS TO:  IT Operations Manager 

Job Summary  
The Tier 3 Engineer to serve as the top-level escalation point within our Managed Services team. This role combines deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and client-facing leadership. 
The ideal candidate brings strong experience across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, security, and complex troubleshooting, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers and lead high-impact projects. 

Roles and Responsibilities  
Act as the final escalation point for advanced technical issues across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security 
Design and implement cloud and hybrid solutions (Azure, AWS)
