About the Role

Tier 2 / Tier 3 IT Support Specialist, Washington, DC

We currently have a great opportunity for a Tier 2 / Tier 3 IT Support Specialist. This position is primarily on-site but may allow for hybrid or remote flexibility if the candidate meets all background and compliance requirements.


Tier 2 / Tier 3 IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:


– Provide escalated IT support.

– Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, VPNs, printers, and peripherals.

– Support VIP users.

– Document and escalate issues as needed.


Tier 2 / Tier 3 IT Support Specialist Qualifications:


– Need 2 to 4 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.

– Need experience with Microsoft 365.

– Need experience with VPN troubleshooting.

– Need experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.

– You should have an A+/Network+ certification.
