Tier 2 Desktop Technician

Our client is a leading health solutions organization with over 300,000 dedicated employees nationwide. The Desktop Support Technician will provide production-based support to all corporate end users across the Midwest region of the enterprise. Production based responsibilities include managing all escalated tickets for tier 2 support - software and hardware based. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to grow in a large corporate environment. We are seeking individuals with great communication skills who are eager and hungry to grow with a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work and the ability to build productive relationships with peers.
