Qualifications

  • Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Logic Monitor
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms
  • Intermediate Experience in TIBCO Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO EDI, TIBCO Business Works etc.
  • Intermediate experience in troubleshooting technical issues in TIBCO environments.

  • Coordinate with onshore teams and clients for seamless support.
