Position Summary

Third-Party Reproduction Coordinators at Columbia University Fertility Centers (CUFC) may specialize in infertility treatments related to gestational carrying (surrogacy), egg donation, embryo donation, or sperm donation and may specialize in these treatments.


Gestational Carrying:

  • Consulting all parties in treatment (recipients, GCs, and third-party agencies), and detailing CUFC’s requirements/policies on gestational carrying and expectations
    In relation to third-party agencies, ensuring they have the proper licensing and adhere to CUFC’s policies
    Scheduling and coordinating necessary tests up until embryo transfer/successful pregnancy for all parties
    Creating documentation to facilitate the GC program as needed (i.e. checklists, profiles, patient charts, etc.)
    Collaborating with CUFC’s financial department to pre-collect for all services before rendering
    Assisting in FDA or NYS Department of Health inspections along...
