About the Role

Job Description

  1. Responsible for thermal and fluid simulation development of 3-in-1 / multi-in-one electric drive systems (motor, inverter, reducer) for new energy vehicles, including steady-state and transient heat transfer, fluid flow, heat dissipation and lubrication analysis at both system and component levels.
  2. Carry out motor thermal simulation for water cooling, oil cooling, end spray cooling and hollow shaft cooling solutions. Verify winding and magnet temperature, evaluate permanent magnet demagnetization risk, and complete electromagnetic-thermal coupling simulation.
  3. Conduct thermal simulation for electric control power devices (IGBT/SiC), PCB and capacitors. Calculate junction temperature and thermal resistance, verify heat dissipation reliability under high-temperature and peak-load conditions, and support thermal design development of 800V high-voltage platforms.
