 Job Summary   
 Provide day rehab and day care services to clients at the Maintenance Day Care Centre (Marine Parade), maintaining a clean, safe environment and assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities.  
 Responsibilities   
 Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team (PT/OT) to execute individualized care plans for clients needing day care, maintenance, or rehabilitation services, ensuring safe and cost-efficient care  
 Prepare rehabilitation and occupational therapy areas by tidying spaces and cleaning equipment according to Centre procedures and protocols
