Therapy Aide (Full Time or Part Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Therapy Aide to support our therapy team and conduct wellness activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our elderly residents.

• Assist the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with therapy-related tasks, as needed
• Plan and conduct wellness activities, such as exercise programs, games, and social events, to engage and stimulate our elderly residents
• Encourage resident participation and provide support and assistance, as needed
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction
• Assist with administrative duties within the unit
• Observe residents during treatment and activities, compile data, and report on resident progress
