Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to provide a welcoming home environment for children and youth aged 6 to 18 with mental health, addiction, or behavioural challenges. The role will be based in Salmon Arm, BC.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, encouragement, and daily support to the Persons Served.
• Maintain a private bedroom for each Person Served in your home that the caregiver owns, leases or rents.
• Ensure that no other children or youth reside in the home.
• Work with Axis team to identify potential respite providers and enhance supports to the Persons Served.
• Participate in ongoing training, weekly team meetings, and attend on‑call support as needed.
