We are now looking for a Ballasted Track Renewals – Construction Supervisor, who is passionate about safety, leadership and continuous improvement, to join our TFL/LUL rail team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple worksites and take accountability for overall delivery of works on site under the direction of the Delivery Manager
• Manage safety on site and ensure HSQE requirements are achieved
• Ensure that all works are delivered in accordance with required designs, specifications and standards
• Actively monitor and report back regularly on worksite performance and quality of delivered works
