Testing and Commissioning Engineer (Job location - UAE)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning of substation equipment (Transformers, Switchgear , CT/PT, Relays, etc.).
• Conduct insulation resistance, relay testing, and system protection checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in substations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients for seamless execution.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in substation testing and commissioning.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment like Omicron, Megger, and Doble.
• Knowledge of protection relays, SCADA systems, and HV/LV equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
