Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage many the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

• Collaborate with business users and developers/vendors for solution planning and integration.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverable such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process. diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Liaise between business and technical team to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
