We’re looking for a hands‑on Testing Lead to support end‑to‑end testing for card payment systems and drive successful project delivery.

• Lead and coordinate UAT and functional testing for card issuing and acquiring applications.
• Prepare test plans, execute functional, regression, integration, and compliance testing.
• Validate end‑to‑end transaction flows, settlements, and reconciliation processes.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects by working closely with business and development teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Visa, Mastercard, vendors, and service providers on system changes and new initiatives.
• Provide regular testing status updates and ensure timely project sign‑off.
