About the Role
Responsibilities
Implement strategic business plan to develop more clients and ensure the Company’s strong presence in his assigned territory.
Manage the performance and sales growth/targets of his sales team.
Forecast sales and revenues of his assigned territory.
Ensure sales team’s adherence to sales processes and protocols.
Maximize sale of existing and slow & non-moving SKUs through proper planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- With at least 3 years experience in Construction, lighting, tiles & paint
- With at least 3 years experience in handling project
- Proficient in Ms Office & Powerpoint
- With organization & leadership skills
