Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000

$50/hr for Saturday work, and end of year bonus

Hercules Concrete is currently seeking a Terminal Manager to run our aggregate hauling terminal located in Detroit, MI . Our Aggregate division is called Detroit Aggregate. The Terminal Manager is the leader of the operation and they are responsible for managing about 25 drivers, 3 dispatchers, and 4 mechanics. This is a 24/6 operation consisting of 2 shifts, and the Terminal Manager’s shift is from 0600 – 1600, overlapping our two shifts. Saturday work is rotated amongst the Terminal Manager and the Dispatchers, and Saturday work is paid at $50/hr in addition to your base salary.
