About the Role

The TMO acts as the central nerve of every bid, coordinating people, timelines, and quality to ensure confident and precise tender submissions.

  • Project Management: Act as the timeline Goalkeeper, strictly monitor the Master Tender Programme, provide weekly summary reports, and quickly elevate any delays.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate official kick-off meetings, schedule mandatory committee reviews, and assign tender questionnaires to the right subject matter experts
  • Document Preparation: Manage the master list of deliverables consolidate presentation slides, and coordinate project-specific site organization charts
  • Submission & Quality: Guarantee punctual, coherent submissions that are completely free of disqualification risks. Manage post-submission interview dry runs, clarifications, and negotiations.
