Tender Bidding Manager (IFM, M&E)

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director.

• Source tendering information and make recommendations to the General Manager/Director.
• Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions.
• Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

• Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E.
• Diploma/Higher NITEC.
