Responsibilities

As a Principal Engineer, you will support Kier in delivering a broad range of complex construction engineering services, lead delivery of some services, and provide solutions that are safe and buildable. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Agreeing technical requirements of the client remit and ensuring they are fully understood, questioning and challenging where necessary.
• Leading the development of fee proposals for review in accordance with delegated authority policy.
• Organising and leading the day‑to‑day workload of engineers and technical staff within the design team.
