Slalom is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Analyst, Global Benefits to provide temporary support for benefit and leave of absence operations across the Americas and EMEA through the end of the year. This role will partner closely with the Global Benefits team, People Business Partners, Shared Services, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors and insurers to help ensure benefit programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on international benefits experience and operates comfortably in a matrixed, global organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong judgment, independence, and initiative.
