This role would work directly with the help desk team - providing phone and administrative support
Phone support includes: pre-site calls & mall calls for installation scheduling, calling to schedule lifts and review deliverables for each project. This position handles heavy outbound phone calls. These are not sales calls, they are outbound calls to confirm relevant customer information prior to an installation.
This position has support responsibility for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution and project closure.

Coordinate customer service location
