• Set up and maintain materials and props at installation spaces daily, ensuring sufficient supplies before opening
• Engage families and explain installations to enhance learning about Singapore’s history and heritage
• Facilitate interactive activities and encourage curiosity about artefacts
• Promote family bonding through active participation in activities
• Observe and record visitors’ behaviours and engagement levels
• Track visitorship numbers using a clicker
• Administer the self‑guided Artefact Hunt and manage prize redemption
• Assist visitors with general enquiries related to the event
• Support on‑site programmes (e.g. registration, introductions, feedback collection)
