This is a job description for temporary assistance for the HR team. Overall, there will be specific assigned duties, as well as ad-hoc assignments provided. Below is the job description for a full-time role, but priorities will be determined daily and weekly, since so much of the HR team’s work is based on demand. This temp role will last until August 2026.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources, with a dotted line report to the Human Resources Associate & Learning and Development Lead, the Temporary Human Resources Administrator is directly responsible for daily administrative and HR duties for the Human Resources office at the Juilliard school. The incumbent assists with onboarding, record maintenance, and provides administrative and high-level customer service support to all employees.
