About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • On site support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.
  • The estimated time frame needed is 3 to 6 months.
  • This resource will be a full‑time employee during this period, working an 8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday.
  • Primary point of contact for John Deere's IJD division, supporting during onsite visits.
  • Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email or other channels.
  • Order management.
  • Expedite material when necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
  • Follow up on pending issues until resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration or related field.
