Temporary Counsel

Our client, a mobile health provider located in midtown Manhattan, is immediately seeking a NY Admitted Corporate Counsel for a long term temporary assignment that could ultimately become a permanent opportunity. Must be willing to be onsite 40 hours per week.Pay Rate:

$150-200/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Prepare & manage SEC filings including Section 16 filings, proxy statements and security offerings

Oversee and support the Board of Directors and its Committees

Draft & file proxy statements

Ensure compliance with SEC and NASDAQ rules and regs

Provide legal support to the Corporate Secretary

Provide legal counseling internally and externally on communications and marketing and for the company subsidiaries

Provide legal support in general as needed

Required Qualifications:

NY Barred Attorney

At least 4 years in-house corporate experience and law firm ...
