Job Scope:
Generate & filter appointment reports (Epic system)
Retrieve archived patient records (EnCDA)
Upload medical records & lab results into system
Ensure documents are accurate, complete & properly indexed
Maintain proper filing, confidentiality & record handling
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Min. A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
Fully vaccinated (Tdap, MMR, VZV)
