We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a team of telesales professionals for our Customer Loyalty Scheme. This role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective telephone-based sales operations with our current customers. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution in a player / manager role. 

As a Telesales Team Manager, we are looking for someone to: 

  • Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics
