What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Telesales

- Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree)/completed college

- English C1 minimum

- Your written English is on point

- Communicative

- Ready to work permanent night shift (yes, weekends & public holidays included)

- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote electronic products (e.g., home appliances, gadgets, accessories).

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

- Maintain and update customer information in the system.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
