Telesales Representative

Role overview

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Representative to join a fully remote team supporting a UK-based employer. You will spend your day on the phone, making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introducing products and services, and booking the conversations that move deals forward. This is a 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists
• Explain products and services clearly and answer common questions
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate call notes and outcomes
• Hit weekly call and conversion targets
