Telesales Agent

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services and close sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries, providing product details, and resolving issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
