Job Description:

Responsible in offering multitude of services for hotel guests by providing Care, Convenience, Efficiency and to create the opportunity
to generate more/extra revenue by selling/promoting other products & services of the hotel by satisfying guest needs and wants through OneStop shop (motto: multiple needs in once location by Quest Care Center!).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)- GOALS:
The job of a Quest Care Center Associate is executed satisfactorily when:
1.Financial Strategies are achieved - when Room Revenue through booking correspondence/s are accurately captured-implemented;
Incremental Revenue is generated through professional Upselling and/or Suggestive selling is practiced-promoted; Cost Efficiency and through Up-sell Revenue target contributions which are at least met or exceeded.
