About the Role

Job Description:


1. Lead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

2. Organize lead distribution and team work schedules effectively.

3. Monitor and evaluate telemarketers’ performance, including call volume, closing rate, and call quality.

4. Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive feedback to team members.

5. Handle customer escalations that cannot be resolved by telemarketers.

6. Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with company SOPs and policies.

7. Prepare team performance reports and sales analysis for management review.


Job Requirements:


1. Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) / D3/S1

2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telemarketing Team Leader (experience in Fintech is preferred).

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Target-oriented and accustomed to working under pressure.
