Telecom and Network Technician

Our local government client is hiring a Telecom and Network Technician to support their team in Washington, DC!! 


Responsibilities:

- Utilize the Kaseya IT management platform for efficient endpoint monitoring.

- Configure and deploy Kaseya policies for endpoint devices, ensuring compliance with organizational IT standards.

- Monitor device health, apply updates, and address alerts generated by Kaseya.



Qualifications: 

- Completed bachelor's degree 

- Microsoft Certification (either Desktop Admin or Asset Management Professional - IAITAM) 

- 10+ years' experience in IT asset management and network support
