About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for any grievance management of customer
  • Create tickets based on customer query/grievance and works on it
  • Close the ticket as per timeline agreed and communicate to customer
  • If grievance is not resolved, assign it to next level as per matrix
  • Prompt, energetic and follow the timeline
  • Comply to defined processes
  • Mandatory Skills:

    1. Graduate/PG from any recognised university 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in tele calling-inbound
